how could I send it then because the patse bin wont work

Make sure you use the latest version of the Mod. If you already use the latest version report the bug to the mod author.

well I changed the modpak up a little but now when i try to create a world it crashes with no crash report

It has been fixed it just says not enough memory any idea on that

Minecraft has run out of memory 

this could be caused by a bug in the game or by the java virtual machine not being allocated enough memory
