My friend cant connect to my server, he get disconnect (ragnamod V6)

Hello 

when my friend try to connect to my server minecraft he is disconnected from the server . We play on ragnamod V6. He has enought of RAM (he play with 7Go) and he can play in solo so we dont understand why he cant connect. I dont think its a server problem because me and other friend can play on it. 

Someone can help me ? Someone already have this type of problem ?
