my 1.16.5 modded world wont load!!!!!

so every time I play modded Minecraft and open up a Minecraft world the application says "not responding" and if I don't close the application it's going to say that for an indefinite amount of time (pretty much forever) this has started happening ever since I upgraded my RAM and if I switch the set of mods I'm using it works perfectly fine
