Yes I have port forwarded, and I have zero idea on how to check if it's blocked by a firewall.

So do you know how to check that?

you can disable it for a short test

just check your router, if there is a port forwarding for port 25565 to your PC (TCP is required, UDP i'm not sure)

I disabled the firewall for the short test and the same results do you have any other solutions?
