My Minecraft forge loads but when it's at the end it says "These Files Are missing"

I've tried almost everything except resetting my laptop, the laptop im using is barrowed so I can't reset it. I've used jarfix, cmd, deleting forge and reinstalling it, and read all other post about it. If anyone can help, thank you.

I loaded up the forge you are supposed to open with Java and I get this error saying These libraries failed to download. Try again (missing files)
