Redownloaded both of them and updated flywheel and now flywheel in not in "Missing mandatory dependencies" but it still crashes New crash log https://pastebin.com/0Headf9m and where do I find the debug.log, I have a logs folder with latest.log and the old logs in an archive

If its not that, you should go through your mods to check you have the latest versions. The problem is likely one of these mods has a dependency on a specific (older) version of create. I then started adding your mods with create in the name which is how I spotted you were using a beta release. With their latest versions this also worked fine.
