Big ERROR with Forge-bukkit 1.6.2 server (ITS A FORGE PROBLEM)

Hi dear community, I got a bug wich i really dont see anywhere else ,when i try to install the server with forge installer,with universal,with anything i get this:

These libraries failed to download.Try again.

net.minecraft:launchwrapper:1.3, org.ow2.asm:asm-all:4.1, net.sf.jopt-simple:jopt-simple:4.5, lzma:lzma:0.0.1

This is what it says when trying to install it by the installer.

I got a fully made forge/bukkit server too there everything is downloaded and when i start it ,it says the following:

help will be greatly apreciated i want only balkons weapon mod to the server and maybe Mo'e creatures to have if someone would make it for me i would greatly apreciate it!

As you're using MCPC you're absolving us of any reason to support it. Please go to the MCPC forums to ask for help.

Also, you log tells us nothing aside from the fact that libraries failed to download, and you should try installing again.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

Nope i aint using mcpc my brain is overwhelmed..

I try to install forge Never works what should i send you the error log when i try to install it via universal install?

I do have to add that this is my answer for 1.12.2 but it should ALSO work for future versions.

How do I remove 3d headlayer on NPC's skin in CustomNpc? (1.16.5)

I know this was posted almost 3 years ago but this is for anyone who is still looking for an answer.

First, find your config folder. -> C:\Users\ (desktop user's name) \curseforge(or the application where you've downloaded you mod)\minecraft\Instances\config (The config folder should be in the same folder as your mods folder.) Once you click on the config folder, search for CustomNpcs.cfg. Once found, click on it (you can edit it using notepad) and search for the line "headweartype". Set the value to 0 if you want a 2d head layer, set it to 1 for a 3d head layer. Then save the options and you should be good to go from there! :)
