Failed to download files on install.

Hello,

 

I'm having issues installing both the client and the server. In both cases, I get an error explaining that files could not download correctly (try again). This happens repeatedly. I've spent a lot of time deleting my minecraft files completely and restarting to ensure that it wasn't a fluke. I've attempted downloading the suggested .zip folder explained in the EAQ, but I'm not sure what I should be doing with the appropriate .jar files. Thank you for your time.

Are you trying on 1.6 or 1.5.2?

If 1.6, Runt he installer, and it *should* give a error log.

If not try running the Forge profile in the new launcher and give us THAT log.
