My forge crashes in any world I try to open, it also crashes when I try to make a new world .

All my hardware drivers are up to date.

Java is up to date.

uninstalled minecraft, deleted all files within .minecraft folder (backed up saves)

then reinstalled minecraft.

Mods or no mods, it crashes.

I can't make heads or tails about the crash report.

please help.

Strangely enough, 1.6.4 forge works on my crappy acer laptop

but it crashes in a good computer (quad core, each processor have 3 ghz)

Yeah, I am using this ' -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M ' for the jvm argument thingy, but I also use it in my crappy laptop, and forge works fine there.

Something in your setup is setting your players skin to null. This can never happen in basic forge. So what I would say is backup, then wipe out your .minecraft folder and start from scratch.

You installed *something* that is screwing up your entitie's skin.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

After seeing your post earlier, I backup all saves and resource packs

then uninstalled minecraft,  then deleted .minecraft folder.

I reinstalled everything, including java, did not even use any resource packs or my saves (made a new world).

then downloaded  the latest Forge. Installed it,  opened minecraft. Opened my new world

aaaaaaaaaaaaand I crashed the same way...

:(

OH YEAH!!!

I found the answer in Yahoo Answers http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20131003205510AASGfq1

Turns out all I need to do was  join a LAN server.  I had the PC join my laptop (where Forge works)  on LAN multiplayer and it worked on the PC! I disconnected the PC, and entered the saved worlds,  and boom, I loaded the worlds .

The forge and its mods works on the PC now!

;D

May this be useful to you guys!!!

... that makes no fucking sense what so ever....

If anyone else is getitng this issue, zip up your entire .miencraft folder and send it to me, I wanna see if I can reproduce. Because this should not be possible in Forge, and that solution should not be any effect at all...

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
