There's a fatal error message when I'm downloading library files into Minecraft

Tell me if you can figure out whats wrong or not.

Either 1) Read the EAQs, or 2) Stop using 1.5.2.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
