The simple answer is that you have to render your model (i.e. what you want to display via the layer).

If you are having problems with GeckoLib or anything related to it, I would recommend asking for help on their Discord server, as I am not familiar with GeckoLib at all.

Your json model does not exsits your will not be found.

When using vanille you have to lerp the model part using partialTicks and two calculated values. In GeckoLib I don't know.
