Posted November 6, 201311 yr Hey everyone! I was watching a tutorial on how to create a custom biome, and it said that you couldn't remove the stone. I don't understand why you are not able to do that, but I think that it has to do with the biome generator being a vanilla biome generator. How do I create a biome that doesn't have stone in it, or in other words, how do I create a custom biome generator so that my biomes can be completely customizable?
November 6, 201311 yr Actually you can't remove the stone unless you are working with your own dimension or well at least your own chunk provider. The reason for this is that the world is first generated purely with stone. Then later it replaces stone with whatever is the top and filler blocks of that biome. If you guys dont get it.. then well ya.. try harder...

November 6, 201311 yr Nether? Well re-read my response again then... And if you are doing your own dimension then create your own chunk provider, jobs done. If you guys dont get it.. then well ya.. try harder...
