I saw that for Forge 10.12.0.1052 ForgeGradle v1.2 is needed.

 

What files to I need to delete/replace with the new ones?

    In your build.gradle file, change this line:

     

    classpath 'net.minecraftforge.gradle:ForgeGradle:1.1-SNAPSHOT'

     

    to

     

    classpath 'net.minecraftforge.gradle:ForgeGradle:1.2-SNAPSHOT'
