so my minecraft crashed with this mod because the game even started here's the crash report

I DID NOT RUN MINERS HEAVEN ON 1.6 I TRIED IT ON 1.7 AND IT WORKED

 

MinersHeaven problem, complain to them.

So, are you saying that this is not your log which specifically says the below mod (MinersHeaven) does not appear in your 1.6.4 log?
