Hello im kind of new to modding but i do make plugins for bukkit.

 

Im trying to decompile minecraft with forge installed but im getting this error.

Yea it was fresh. still the same error maybe i havent installed the latest java jdk but that cant be the issue can it? i can still decompile a jar without forge installed on it.

Ok i think i figured it out.

 

with the newer forge version you have to download the source it comes with a installer type thing that you put in the mcp directory and run.

Yes, and all that is in the readme.  ;)
