So, downloaded Forge for 1.7.2. and now 2 problems....

Shows it installed, but states "..... 0 libraries..." whereas other downloads always stated at least 2 libraries.

Secondly, Minecraft launcher starts fine. Profile is set with the correct Forge version. Yet once I click "PLAY", the screen blinks then nothing....no minecraft, no black screen, no forge, no error messages. NOTHING.

I have tried this with two versions of Forge for 1.7.2 with the same results.

Thanks for helping an old man out in advance.

You're trying to run 1.6.4 optifine and twilight forest on 1.7.2, don't do that.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

Hmmm....was using a different profile and folder without those I thought. (Bear with me, here) Had tried to simply get to the point I could add mods in using Forge. (By add meaning those matched for the version)

Am I correct in thinking I simply download and use in a clean profile? (All mods currently are in a different profile with MineCraft 1.6.4, Forge for 1.6.4 and compatible mods)
