[1.7.10] Minecraft failed to start java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetExcepton

Here it the error in the console when i start up the 1199 1.7.10 version of forge

Can someone help me with this, it worked on the lastest version of 1.7.2 but not 1.7.10
