August 11, 201411 yr When you call registerModEntity, one of the parameters is updateFrequency, a number of ticks. Have you played with that yet? The debugger is a powerful and necessary tool in any IDE, so learn how to use it. You'll be able to tell us more and get better help here if you investigate your runtime problems in the debugger before posting.

Add a variable ticksExisted , increment it every time onUpdate gets called, then check if ticksExisted % 100 is 0 and if yes, then execute your code. Don't ask for support per PM! This is not how learning works.
