Why my forge does this?

I installed latest forge it did this:

 

Same with Recommended forge.

If your main menu background is compressed to a corner, and the rest of the menu is black or withe : Add -Dforge.forceNoStencil=true to the VM arguments in the launcher.

Yeah I found that out before saw this

I found someone with similiar issue on minecraftforums and checked the solution! Thank you anyways! That could help anyone who gets lost in this topic
