When I try to decompile my Jar, It always gives me the "ClassNotFound net/minecraftforge/common/Configuration"

Whats up with that, its in the folder.

1. CMD output from the process?

2. Did you follow the installation instructions?

So, what would happen if I did push that shiny red button over there? ... Really? ... Can I try it? ... Damn.

Dont decompile mods, if you do there are certain things you have to do, which we arnt going to hold your hand for.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

Yes, but Its my own mod I'm trying to decompile (long story)

All Tutorials on google give these instructions:

1. Put mod in jar.

2. add all needed stuff.

3. decompile.

Well, that obviously does not work, so I don't know these "certain" things.

You are pretty much screwed, you have to run a forge install differently.
