I can't download my minecraft Forge because I always get an Error Saying :

com.typesafe.akka:akka-actor_2.11:2.3.3, com.typesafe:config:1.2.1, org.scala-lang:scala-actors-migration_2:11:1.1.0, org.scala-lang:scala-compiler:2.11.1, org.scala-lang.plugins:scala-continuations-plugin_2.11.1:1.0.2, org.scala-lang:scala-library:2.11.1, org.scala-lang:scala-parser-combinators_2.11:1.0.1, org.scala-lang:scala-reflect:2.11.1, org.scala-lang:scala-swing_2.11:1.0.1, org.scala-lang:scala-xml_2.11:1.0.2

Minecraft forge Version when attempted to download : 1.7.10-0.13.0.1180-installer

If you cannot fix my problem is there anyone you know that Can?

The Link above was typed and not copied and Pasted.

Run jarfix, linked in the EAQ

Read the EAQ before posting! OR ELSE!

This isn't building better software, its trying to grab a place in the commit list of a highly visible github project.

Don't PM me, I don't check this account unless I have to.

I'm definitely getting a SIMILAR error, it says it's a SocketTimedOutException in the console. There are also FileNotFoundExceptions, and attempting to direct download the library with: http://files.minecraftforge.net/maven/e/akka/akka-actor_2.11/2.3.3/akka-actor_2.11-2.3.3.jar

(The link to the library according to the installer log) gets me a 404. I don't suppose anyone could give me a link to a working library? Or is that against the rules, I don't remember seeing anything about file redistribution in the terms of use for the forums.

The error from the installer itself: These libraries failed to download. Try again. com.typesafe.akka:akka-actor_2.11:2.3.3

Pastebin of log: http://pastebin.com/Rkh0UPYq

I'm sorry for the log being part cut off, blame Windows command prompt u.u. Maximum expansion only covers half of the screen.

As for Jarfix, I don't think that would do anything as this is due to the file apparently not existing. Furthermore, the site linked in the EAQ is so clustered with fake download ads it's hard to find the actual download link.

'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

operable program or batch file.

This is what I get when I do :

If that does not work, just use the full path to where you installed java -.-

As for any errors or the like you guys are getting we NEED logs we can't do anything to help you without them.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
