Can't install iron chest 4.0.3.46 in server

Regardless I cannot install iron chest i continue to recieve the same error. I have mystraft 0.9.2.01 install for 1.3.2 minecraft as well as red power two 2.0pre5b2, Buildcraft 3.20 pre7.

I have forge 4.1.1.251 installed. I have remove all but forge and tried to install iron chest and continue to receive the same error with only forge and iron chest alone. Can someone please explain. below is the forge error code.

Redpower has not yet been updated for 1.3.2. Thus, it will not work with 1.3.2.

Anyways the issue is fairly straight forward:

The mod IronChest (Iron Chest) requires mod versions [FML@[3.1.15,)] to be available

Forge Mod Loader version 3.0.196.366

No, lex is saying that you should go to FML 3.1.15, which means updating forge to that latest 297, I do believe.
