What MODS are running on server? Plugin? Console?

Is there a way to discover the mods successfully running on a server without reviewing the console line by line?

I googled it, I asked other modders, and I have asked my server host.  No answers.

Of course if I have it on the client I can test it, but I need to verify when some mods run because they may not have a visible result.

Any ideas?

Only way is to read the log.

UNless the mod has some visible effect you can check like a command or something
