The CreepyPastaCraft V3 mod (modloader) deosn't work with Forge. Period. I have uploaded the client.log on here so you guys can fix. Please fix it fast this is my favorite mod. Yes I do have latest forge.

Delete the  __MACOSX folder from inside your Minecraft.jar and try again.
