Tried manually installing lib, and re-installed a few times. Any solution? Also read the posts before, and the EAQ, and tried all the things on there.

Get Forge 6.3.0.378.

There's an EAQ for a reason. Read it!

Did you even read the error log?

He is saying to use the installer, not whatever launcher you're using and the universal jar.

We've disabled the fmllibs download as they are killing our servers, use the new installer and it'll work just the same if you use the vanilla launcher.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
