I've tried multiple versions of Forge and have tried increasing my allocated ram. But for some reason whenever I try to move the camera my head is always forced down. And even if I can get the camera to look straight, the movement becomes crazy and the slightest touch of my mouse will either make my do a complete 180 or just look straight down again.

How do I fix this?

Sounds like a mouse issue, nothing that should be a problem with Forge.

Had this a few times before, make sure 1) you don't have a game controller installed {like a xbox controller or w/e} 2) reboot your computer.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

It's not working. I tried a different mouse, and restarted my computer multiple times. It's not taking up anywhere near as much RAM as I'm allocating it. So is there any other fix to this?
