Something is broken in the shaders mod go yell at them.

It's just that i'm super un-creative in titles so I just stick in what the error's called, in that case "We think your game has been modded.." ._.

That is nowhere in the error at all.

you error is actually:

java.lang.NullPointerException: Stitching texture atlas

Or hell using the 'Description' would be better. "Error: Stitching texture atlas'

Either way the point is those two things are MILLION times better then your title because OF COARSE your game is modded because you installed mods -.-
