[Solved] Can't create Log Block (wood) recipe...

Hey !

I'm changing some vanilla recipes in my mod.

I want that all tree Log blocks gives me 3 planks instead of 4, but it doesn't work.

 

GameRegistry.addRecipe(new ItemStack(Blocks.planks, 3), "A", 'A', Blocks.log);

 

But it works for 3 sticks instead of 4 :

 

GameRegistry.addRecipe(new ItemStack(Items.stick, 3), "A", "A", 'A', Blocks.planks);

 

Can someone help me?

    Have you removed plank and log vanilla recipes before adding custom ones?

    I still haven't published a mod because I can never get that in-dev version just right to warrant a public release. And yes, after two years of mod development I am still learning to speak Java.

    OK. I tried to remove Blocks.log recipe but is does not work. If I do it with other items/blocks it works. I dont know what is going wrong with this block.

    My bad, I was disabling the Log craft (this block can't be crafted) instead of the planks craft.
