March 7, 20169 yr Would voice recognition in Minecraft be plausible? Can it be done? Absolutely. Can you do it? Well...do you have code that already recognizes speech? Apparently I'm a complete and utter jerk and come to this forum just like to make fun of people, be confrontational, and make your personal life miserable. If you think this is the case, JUST REPORT ME. Otherwise you're just going to get reported when you reply to my posts and point it out, because odds are, I was trying to be nice. Exception: If you do not understand Java, I WILL NOT HELP YOU and your thread will get locked. DO NOT PM ME WITH PROBLEMS. No help will be given.
March 7, 20169 yr Author No I don't have any code. I could probably find some on Google though. I'm just wondering if it would be plausible in Minecraft and whether it would work with Minecraft. Creator of the MyFit, MagiCraft, Tesseract gun, and Papa's Wingeria mod.
March 7, 20169 yr Voice recognition is nothing but plain java. So you need to get a speech recognizer and think about what it should do for you. I think sphinx was an library for speech recognition but never really worked with it
