On a mac, you can't actually delete that folder by normal means. Unzip your jar, then use the command line zip utility to rezip your jar. Don't the folder option.

Can you help on that then? Because I dont know what is the command line for zips. And even when i unlock hidden folders(using another application) __Macosx is not there.

Or get MultiMC/Magic Launcher.
