I need help with Cauldron 1.7.10 server

I am trying to make a custom Cauldron server for 1.7.10, and it was going great, until it came to Thermal Expansion.  Now, those of you who mod Minecraft regularly know... That is a pretty essential mod for a good time.  That being said, TE requires CoFHCore, and CoFHCore requires a version of Forge that doesn't seem to exist...  Here's the cmd prompt.  Any suggestions?

You're using Forge 10.13.3.1388, but CoFHCore requires Forge 10.13.3.1448 or newer. Update to the latest version of Forge for 1.7.10.

Please don't PM me to ask for help. Asking your question in a public thread preserves it for people who are having the same problem in the future.

1) We do not support cauldron.

2) You should update to 1.8.9.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
