Apparently, one of the mods don't like that "0" between the "16" and the "19." The numbers 12.16.0.1942 (latest build at the time) looks inferior to many earlier builds because of the "0."

Might just be a typo.

    That's because it is, it was a miss-merge of a PR. I've killed the download.

    I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
