September 22, 20168 yr Author Ok I need to place a Forestry sapling on a position, where the block has been destroyed.. e.g. When I destroy oak wood log, it will place specific sapling on that position. In vanilla it is simple.. In a BreakEvent method: world.setBlockToAir(position); leafVariant = world.getBlockState(blockPos).getValue(event.getWorld().getBlockState(blockPos).getBlock().getBlockState().getProperty("variant")).toString().toUpperCase(); world.setBlockState(position, Blocks.SAPLING.getDefaultState().withProperty(BlockSapling.TYPE, BlockPlanks.EnumType.valueOf(leafVariant))); but Forestry needs a itemStack and I dont know how to work it out..
September 22, 20168 yr Author It depens on leaf variant. Thats why I have a String leafVariant, which contains leaf enum.
