A problem with minecraft 1.4.6 and Forge universal v1.4.6-6.5.0.481

OK so I am using MC 1.4.6 and at the time of this posting the latest version of forge after installing forge and opening minecraft I get the words "done loading" and it dose not go on from that it just keeps saying "done loading" I then closed my minecraft and deleted the meta-inf folder in the minecraft.jar then I go into minecraft again but then it loads the game and say's that 3 mods are installed like it always has then I install just one mod into the mods folder then I go into the game again and the I get the error

I have never gotten an error with forge before I don't know if it is a mod problem or a forge problem not sure if this will help but the mods I am using are CodeChickenCore 0.7.0.1 and NotEnoughItem 1.4.4.0 in my coremods folder

Tale of Kingdoms V1.4.2.4 nad Timber! (1.4.6) in my mods folder

Nice to Know That im now the only one getting the crazy crashes and its not just my pc

i am also crashing when i use this version

tried this with redpower 2 it worked but when i added all the mods i wish to use it crashed  :(
