Check If player is moving

Recommended Posts

Hello there, I'm trying to make an AFK system, I need check if the player is not moving for like 5 minutes. Have a method to me check if the player is moving or not? Like on Spigot: "PlayerMoveEvent"

And how can I get the player Location? I'm using that:

        double x = player.posX;
        double y = player.posY;
        double z = player.posZ;

But sometimes it get Wrong location.

Thank you.

How I use the "TickEvent::phase"?

But I really don't know how to use that, Have some methods like: "END, START, compareTo(), ..." I use "..phase.START"?

How much programming knowledge do you have? This really just means you shouldn't store everything as strings. You have a position, so make a data type that can store a position. Don't use a string.

Cause in Spigot programming I always convert to String, And save them on HashMap.

It's an enum. Do you know what an enum is? Look it up if not.

I know what is enum but in this way I'm not understanding. Sorry, But please write me a example code, I don't want copy your code, But I would to understand that without the code it's so hard to me learn

That is equally as terrible of a programming practice in Spigot than anywhere else.

But everybody convert as a String and save in HashMap on Spigot, Maybe(And YES) Forge programming is more complex and different
