Hey there! This is my first time posting, sorry if this in the wrong place or in the wrong format.
I've installed Java 8 JDK, IntelliJ IDEA and the Forge MDK, and I have the latest version of 64-bit Java. I'm trying to set up Gradle for the first time, following several tutorials, and I keep getting an exception at line 21.

Anyone know how I can solve this, or have any suggestions at least?

Post your build.gradle file in a code block.

I recommend against using the setupDevWorkspace or idea Gradle tasks. I suggest you follow this guide (specifically the "Terminal-free IntelliJ IDEA configuration" section) to set up your workspace.

Please don't PM me to ask for help. Asking your question in a public thread preserves it for people who are having the same problem in the future.

Also try running gradlew.bat in the forge folder.

Apparently I'm addicted to these forums and can't help but read all the posts. So if I somehow help you, please click the "Like This" button, it helps.
