Forge installation stalls at 'Really Applying Retroguard'

(when trying to install forge src with minecraft coder pack)

 

i do everything as instructed but after clicking the install bat file it gets to 'Really Applying Retroguard' and just stops. it doesn't crash or display an error message.

all jars are clean, jdk and jre are up to date ect...

 

im using the latest forge right now but i also tried with an older version a few months ago and got the same issue.

There would be a log in your logs folder, however, this is usually a issue with your computer just being really fucking slow.

RetroGuard is not a Forge issue, thats basic MCP.

Thanks for the response however you said that it could be an mcp issue. I've been using mcp and modloader for well over a year and never had an issue with any version, this problem only arises when i use forge. I think it's possible that forge changes something to do with retroguard since mcp usually says 'applying retroguard' and the forge setup says 'really applying retroguard'. i agree that it may also be slow however i've left it for over half an hour and it dosnt move.
