My Java is up to date and everything and I've been attempting for so long. Can I get help?

The current version of Java is 1.8... so it sounds like you need a PAST version of Java to successfully load an older version of Forge.  Perhaps going current on Forge?  Or locate an older version of Java and remove your updated version.

I removed my current version of java how do I get the one I need?

No, the installer can not find your JRE, you'll have to run it manually or fix your install path.

You DO NOT need to downgrade java.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

Thanks for the clarification  I stand corrected!  Lol I'll shut up about things I'm not THAT knowledgeable about, and hope the Forge Code God LexManos helps on my thread too! :)-
