Forge 1.12.2 crashes

Whenever i load up minecraft the game will crash and it will say:

The game crashed whilst initializing game
Error: java.lang.NullPointerException: Initializing game

 

And it is really annoying!! D:<

 

To be honest the word NULL-pointer kinda scared me but i know it is not talking about null

It says that folder can't be found!

The system, that folder somehow doesn't exist in my computer anymore!

By system i mean my computer, and i didn't do anything i tried to open up minecraft forge and all of a sudden it stopped working, i deleted any recent mods i downloaded and... Nothing changed!

By the way i have a PC just it is so old that it goes at least 1frame per second for anything!!!

I found the fml.log sorry it took so long

Um sorry i don't know how to talk to the author because every time i search up biomes o plenty OFFICIAL SITE it comes up with the stuff like mc mod net, planetminecraft, Fandom, 9minecraft, etc... Do you know where i can find the official site?

im having this same problem and i deleted biomes O pleanty and it still pops up with that same message
