How to download the libraries required by forge

I'm trying to download the libraries required by forge but there is no URL documented anywhere.

For instance:

Those libraries are downloaded by the mojang launcher from the mojang servers.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

I'll give you more context, I'm a developer for CounterCraft and we are working on a custom launcher for the game but we can't figure out where to download the forge libraries from

Don't make a custom launcher.

If you really want to make a custom launcher, do it like the Twitch/Curse launcher: manage the profiles in there, when you press "Play", open the official Minecraft launcher with a profile and let the official launcher do the work.

And this kids is how NOT to do things. Mojang has explicitly asked that people do NOT make launchers which have users input their credentials into. Stop doing that.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

How does the user log in? Do you launch the official launcher?

Please don't PM me to ask for help. Asking your question in a public thread preserves it for people who are having the same problem in the future.

They don't login to their minecraft account, it uses steam authentication.

Failed loading villager cartographer registered at cartographer - frozen tick

Allocated 10 Gb of ram. Could try again with more but I read using too much can slow things down as well. Going to try another big modpack and see if i can replicate the problem. It seems like this cartographer problem is kind of popular and doesn't have a solid solution yet, but i suspect its some generation mod since it's a crash that happens when specific chunks are being loaded. so i'll still try to lookout for what mod it could be as i add. i'll report back after testing as you suggested for a bit

I have no idea - is enough RAM allocated?
Do other pre-configured modpacks work? Maybe use such a modpack as working base and add new mods one by one

The settings.gradle file has been fixed. But, the build.gradle has an error now.
Error:
