According to the github code, you are calling BlockInit.preInit() in your FMLPreInit event, but there is no preInit() method on BlockInit.  I suspect you forgot to commit your latest changes and push them to GitHub.

@EventHandler
	public static void preInit(FMLPreInitializationEvent event){
		GameRegistry.registerWorldGenerator(new OreGen(), 3);
		BlockInit.preInit(); // THIS METHOD DOESN"T EXIST IN YOUR GITHUB VERSION OF BlockInit
		ItemInit.init();
		Smelting.init();
}

Also, you still haven't elaborated on "it doesn't work", which I believe people have already told you saying that with no further information is unhelpful.

When I put the copper ore in the furnace it doesn't smelt in copper ingot, but if I change with ItemInit.INGOT_COPPER, it smelt in ingot copper

Your blocks do not have an ItemBlock and hence cannot exist in item form (i.e. as an item entity or in any inventory).

ItemInit.ITEMS.add(new ItemBlock(this).setRegistryName(this.getRegistryName()));

 This line code is in the Ore class, it's right or I must extends in the Ore class the ItemBlock class?

Where the bollocks is your code that registers your blocks and items?

In RegistryHandler I register the Item and Block that are in the Block and Item list and in the Ore class, BlockBase class and in ItemBase class I add the Items and Blocks in the lists
