Forge Installer Not Opening

Where would I find said "error log in the console"?

I keep trying to attach an image but it isn't working...

anyways it just says "Setting up logger: C:\Users\darai\Desktop\forge-1.12.2-14.23.1.255.jar.log and then Java crashes and the window saying "Java(TM) Platform SE binary has stopped working" pops up. There is no other "error log". It tries to set up the logger whatever that means and then crashes.

My Forge installer opens and when I start to run it it says Out of memory but i have 2 terabytes of space

I mean I keep trying to attach a png of the java error that pops up and what the console looks like.

ERASE JAVA then go to the forge install page install the forge you want it should say you need java install it fromt here then open the forge page back up  than install forge it should work

And you also confuse RAM and hard disk space.

I was having the exact same problem. On another forum I found an application called Jarfix. I don't know how, but it fixed my problem instantly. I really recommend you try this.

for me it just says... “OptiFine_1.16.4_HD_U_G5.jar” can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.
