Can someone help me please?  I recently got Minecraft and wanted to download the Twilight Forest mod.  When I went to the page that showed me how to install it in Minecraft (Im a BIG noob to pc modding) it told me to download Forge so I downloaded Forge the universal version and it looked like it was loading up wee but everytime I try it this happens.

Ive even tried downloading a new java, and went through at least 5 videos on how to install it and I followed the instructions word for word but I still keep getting the error message above.  I also tried downloading Forge source and, the Forge Java but when I download and install them with the Twilight Forest It changes my Minecraft world into the Twilight Forest and half of the blocks in the world are glitched out.  I just want to play around with some of the mods like Twilight Forest but, I cant.  i would really appreciate it if some would would be able to give me a simple solution to my very monstrous problem.  ( Sorry cant help but be a little dramatic lol).

And what does this mean?

2013-03-12 14:37:18  [sTDERR] Caused by: java.lang.IllegalAccessError: tried to access class b from class cpw.mods.fml.common.Loader

I can tell you that my Minecraft is not illegal and was purchased about a couple of days ago.

Unless you've derped something up, the fml_at.cfg will grant access to the b class.

Make sure you've installed the correct version into your jar.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

Thats the thing I have.  I downloaded Forge for 1.4.7 and thats the version of Minecraft that I have.  I have also downloaded and installed it word for word.  I think the problem might be with Java but, how can I fix the java?

I put a new download I just about a couple of seconds ago in my minecraft and my launcher said it has 4 errors.  This is a NEW and sixth download of forge universal because ALL of the other mincraft forge downloads Ive done have the SAME problem And yes this is for 1.4.7. I am also using magiclauncher because the regular launcher wont load minecraft forge.

Posted

Im using magic launcher now.  But when I was having the problem I was having it with the default launcher but, now magic launcher has the same problem.  And yes I am sure I did everything right and I didn't "derp" it up I actually know for a fact that I am using the right forge and it is up to date now with minecraft 1.5 but thats the thing I downloaded the new 1.5 forge and now it wont even work with the default launcher or magic launcher Ive tried everything and yes I am installing forge correctly I even got the tutorial here but it still gives me a fatal error message.

I should also clarify that I was able to play and forge worked on magic launcher before the update but, after I updated minecraft, the magic launcher and every mod I had (including Forge to 1.5) it gave the fatal error message.

Considering FML doesnt attempt to access the 'b' class in 1.5 i highly doubt you're having the same issue.

All in all, its just you're not installing the required data from Forge. Just like the 99% of other people who think forge has issues -.-

    • I’m working on a Manta Ray entity in MCreator using GeckoLib animations, and my goal is to have a looping (flip) animation that ends at −360°, then transitions seamlessly into a swim animation starting at 0°. However, every method I’ve tried—like quickly interpolating the angle, inserting a brief keyframe at 0°, or using a micro “bridge” animation—still causes a visible “flash” https://imgur.com/a/5ucjUb9 or "jump" when the rotation resets. I want a perfectly smooth motion from the flip’s final rotation to the swim’s initial rotation. If anyone has solved this in MCreator/GeckoLib, or found a better trick for handling the −360° →0° gap without a snap, I’d appreciate some advice ! P.S.- I cannot set swim to start at -360 because I would have the same issue but in reverse. Here's the custom LoopingAnimationGoal :   class LoopingAnimationGoal extends Goal { private final MantaRayEntity entity; private final int cooldownTime; private int animationTimer; private int cooldownTimer; // New boolean to prevent double calls private boolean isLoopingActive = false; public LoopingAnimationGoal(MantaRayEntity entity, int cooldownTime) { this.entity = entity; this.cooldownTime = cooldownTime; this.animationTimer = 0; this.cooldownTimer = 0; this.setFlags(EnumSet.of(Flag.MOVE, Flag.LOOK)); } @Override public boolean canUse() { System.out.println("[DEBUG] LoopingGoal canUse => cooldownTimer=" + cooldownTimer); if (cooldownTimer > 0) { cooldownTimer--; return false; } BlockPos entityPos = entity.blockPosition(); boolean canUse = entity.isWaterAbove(entityPos, 4); System.out.println("[DEBUG] LoopingGoal canUse => WATER " + (canUse ? "DETECTED" : "NOT DETECTED") + " at " + entityPos + ", returning " + canUse); return canUse; } @Override public void start() { entity.setAnimation("looping"); animationTimer = 63; isLoopingActive = true; System.out.println("[DEBUG] Looping animation STARTED. Timer=" + animationTimer + ", gameTime=" + entity.level().getGameTime()); } @Override public boolean canContinueToUse() { System.out.println("[DEBUG] LoopingGoal canContinueToUse => animationTimer=" + animationTimer); return animationTimer > 0; } @Override public void tick() { animationTimer--; System.out.println("[DEBUG] LoopingGoal TICK => animationTimer=" + animationTimer); // We stop ONLY if we are still looping if (animationTimer <= 0 && isLoopingActive) { System.out.println("[DEBUG] condition => animationTimer <= 0 && isLoopingActive"); stop(); } } @Override public void stop() { // Check if already stopped if (!isLoopingActive) { System.out.println("[DEBUG] stop() called again, but isLoopingActive = false. Doing nothing."); return; } System.out.println("[DEBUG] Looping STOP at tick=" + entity.level().getGameTime() + ", last known rotation=" + entity.getXRot() + "/" + entity.getYRot() + ", animationTimer=" + animationTimer); // Immediately switch to "swim" entity.setAnimation("swim"); // Reset cooldown cooldownTimer = cooldownTime; // Disable looping to prevent a second stop isLoopingActive = false; System.out.println("[DEBUG] Looping STOP => setAnimation('swim'), cooldownTimer=" + cooldownTimer); } }
    • So is the intention of the crusher for ores meant to be used with a silk touch pickaxe or something? Cause that seems like too much effort just to profit off of the machine, when everything drops as raw materials now. Am I just missing something?
