Stuck to a chair..

Hi, I took some classes/code from Mr.Crayfish to create his sittable chairs (the EntitySittableBlock & SittableUtil) but when I add the code for onBlockActivated, I get stuck to the chair but the mob gets removed. Please could someone help with this issue? Here is my code for my chair class.. please can someone tell me what is wrong or what to add to resolve this issue?
