[1.13-pre] EntityArgument.mutiplePlayers() doesn't exist on server side

Hi, I'm trying to make a new command in 1.13 and it works fine on the client, but not on a dedicated server.

According to the MCP Mappings 20180921-1.13 "EntityArgument.mutiplePlayers()" or "func_197094_d()" is both client and server sided, yet I still get a

java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: net.minecraft.command.arguments.EntityArgument.func_197093_b()Lnet/minecraft/command/arguments/EntityArgument;

when I run the code on the server.

Where did you even get a 1.13-pre? I was unaware there was such a thing publicly available or did you build it yourself from source?

Report it to forge on GitHub, these beta releases exist so Modders can help find and fix bugs, they definitely do not exist to make mods on

  • 2 weeks later...

Don't send people to github if you haven't found the cause of the issue it's just spamming the site with useless crap.

His post says he's getting a error calling a client only method.

DO NOT CALL CLIENT ONLY METHODS ON THE SERVER.

Your log CLEARLY disagrees with the function you're stating is the issue. So you don't even know what function you're trying to call.

Debug here BEFORE posting on github.
