Pre-Done loading?

I know that forge takes all of the mods and patches them to the game and that is why it takes so long to load,

but couldn't it just do this once save its changes to Minecraft and load really fast next time?

 

Or am I being stupid and this isn't possible?

“Patching” as you are calling it is done in memory and as such is not stored in a file, though you would still need to load it back up the next time you started the game anyway, which would still take the same amount of time anyway

Not possible, please actually understand what you're asking before suggesting things we would of obviously done if it were possible.
