An unexpected error

I tried to launch forge 1.13 with a new profile (so as not to affect my mods for 1.12), and it gave me an error. The minecraft error was:

Can you be more specific? What do you mean by "not working properly"?

they don't let me type anything. I think it is that my browser is out of date, but to update it requires an admin password, which I don't know.

The 4 lines you've posted do not show anything. Please post the entire log.

I have exactly the same error. I currently don't have any mods installed.  I have attached the debug log.

But I don't expect to get help here anyway since you guys are all so very very friendly. Is this even a forum where people help others or is this a place for idiots? Anyway, to at least propose any solution ... a thing that you guys don't seem to be able to do, since you don't have the slightest grasp of anything and are just a bunch of unfriendly under**ed kids -> Check Minecraft launcher version and maybe use the latest. Mine was slightly too old.

*Person looks at the two log.

*Person finds one line being the same while the rest can potentially be totally different.

*Person gets frustrated and accuses others who tell him "the error might not be the same" cannot read.
 

Balanced, like all things should be.
