need some help

When i try to mod in 1.7.10 I did everything right, but when i open MC it will have no mods section. And when i try to add my own mods there is no mods folder, anyone know what is wrong?

1.7.10 is no longer supported on this forum. Update to a modern version of minecraft to receive support.

Funny….Why are people still modding for 1.7.10. It's like if microsoft keeps adding content for windows 95.....

Goto 1.12.2 at least, maybe better 1.13.2
