Hello

 

I have recently started modding with forge in 1.12.2. and now i want to update my mod to 1.13.2.

When i start updating i have some problems:

 

My Code in 1.12.2:

public class LyriaIngredientFactorie implements IIngredientFactory
{

	@Override
	public Ingredient parse(JsonContext context, JsonObject json)
	{
		Ingredient ingredient = context.getConstant(json.get("item").getAsString());
		ingredient.getMatchingStacks()[0].setCount(json.get("count").getAsInt());
		return ingredient;
	}

}

 

In 1.13.2 there is no class IIngredientFactory. I think  the new Class is IIngredientSerializer, but i am not sure.

I tried it out, but i downt know

public class LyriaIngredientFactorie implements IIngredientSerializer<IngredientOverride>
{
	@Override
	public IngredientOverride parse(PacketBuffer buffer)
	{
		return null;
	}

	@Override
	public IngredientOverride parse(JsonObject json)
	{
		return null;
	}

	@Override
	public void write(PacketBuffer buffer, IngredientOverride ingredient)
	{
	}
}

Maybe someone can help me updating this.

 

A second broblem is, that i used the classes "FMLClientHandler" and "ReflectionHelper" and both are not working any more.
I called "FMLClientHandler.instance().getClient().player" in the FMLClientHandler, so what is the new call?

ReflectionHelper I believe was renamed to ReflectionObfuscationHelper (ObfuscationReflectionHelper?)

So when i see all right, the recipe files in resources/data/.. does not support nbt in result any more.

So in 1.12.2 my results of recipes contains nbt, that is not loaded anymore in 1.13.2?

 

Is there any way to solve this?

From https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Recipe: "Custom NBT data tags are not allowed for the recipe's output item."

IIRC you can do this with a custom IRecipe implementation. I can't get you more info because the forum's search function isn't finding anything (even the topics that I know exist). I think that @diesieben07 has given advice on this before.
