Seems that when I try to load forge, I get the blank white screen with the mojang symbol, and it does nothing but sit there like that for 5 mins and then crashes?

 

I'm pretty sure it's mod related, not forge; but I'm just not sure which mod it is? I looked through the report, and couldn't quite understand what the cause was? I assumed it was JEI since it said in the thing that it was, but It was working previously, and upon removing it, it still did the same thing?
